THE LOST WORLD

A blank page shivering in the cold
Out in the darkness hatred is sold
Like a torn yellow leaf
Finding home on the garbage heap
A way lost on the womb's path
Raindrops crying on the cheek of earth
Dozens of formalities help to hide
The address to the unknown guide
Transforming like a chameleon
Confusion clouding a peon;

Waiting hours that no clock has reached
Lessons no teacher could teach
Anticipation boosts to survive
Fearing that sharp edges of life
Running quietly in the wild
Complaints that were never filed
An air of satisfaction too hard to reach
All the blossoms have turned peach
post break up feelings,a lost world,heartbreak,emotions

Gazing at the star studded night
Searching for the battle to fight;

Expectations forced to hide
Teardrops dried up on the bedside
Conversations stuck on the lips
Happiness fading behind the tips
Wishes that wandered off
Lingering like an injured cough
Broken mirror the mind looks up to
Sighing at the unseen work to do
Life smiles sarcastically sure
Time often fails to cure.

Perfect, Not Perfect

  Behind closed doors when the curtain closes, Too many voices screaming through A few rooms extend to that of a million losses All they are obsessed with what was never true; Stumbling back falling in the globe of fake smiles Every bit so damn perfect ,never fails to leave cue, Expectations running ahead a million miles Leaving to deal with a state of Black and Blue! Falling back again ,pretending what we never saw Still making alive through thick and thin Invisible scratches on the pale skin, they like to draw  Hiding away from the world, away in the ripped jean. Walking across the Brooke We admire all around but fail to look What would happen if they barefooted you Bleeding from the rough stones,you would hardly have any clue Just like we rarely see what parents do Always acting like a shield and behaving like a shoe.
